As an extension to the therapy the Toning Tables offer, we have set up a Holistic Therapy Centre where we offer a whole range of treatments that are all aimed to aid recovery, reduce pain, induce relaxation and improve your wellbeing.
All our Therapists are highly trained, experienced and fully qualified. We have around 30 years combined experience and knowledge, yet with one goal; to help improve your quality of life.
My vision is was to create a space where like minded professionals can work to help people improve their quality of life and offer holistic therapies that really make a difference. I feel we have achieved this. My colleagues are amazing. The energy in the centre is amazing. We invite you to come along and see and experience for yourself.
